About Us > Professional Staff > Emily E. Prager

Emily Prager concentrates her practice in estate planning, trust and estate administration, fiduciary litigation, and business law. She helps clients achieve their objectives while minimizing taxes and expenses and managing risk.

Emily’s prior background stems from business and fiduciary litigation, where she helped clients navigate disputes in court over contested probate and trust administrations, will contests, and guardianship cases, as well as insurance and construction contract matters. This experience gave her an appreciation for the impact of each family’s own unique dynamics and circumstances, as well as the importance of drafting a strong estate plan to avoid family strife and administrative inefficiencies. It also gave rise to her passion for working closely with individuals, couples and families to ensure their estate plans achieve their personal and financial goals and secure their families’ future.
