Tom Hoffner concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, deferred compensation, employee benefits, and business succession law. Tom has experience in the preparation and implementation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance and gift trusts, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, marital property agreements, powers of attorney and other estate planning techniques. He also has been involved in structuring and implementing deferred compensation plans and programs for a variety of organizations, as well as various other employee benefit plans.
