Dianne Cauble actively practiced law for 35 years. She advised clients on a variety of estate planning, tax and business succession planning matters. She had a special interest in assisting families in planning for the long term care needs of family members with disabilities. As a part of her practice she worked with several nonprofit organizations to help develop Trusts and long term care plans for individuals with special care needs. During several years of retirement Dianne has established and managed a private shared home for her adult daughter who has significant disabilities. She has recently joined Certus Legal Group in an of counsel role. Her practice will be primarily concentrated in the area of special needs planning including drafting specialized trusts for individuals with disabilities, and planning for the use of public and private funds to provide for housing and self directed care.
